Nonprofit fund for the development of Islamic business and finance (IBFD Fund) was founded in 2009 following the results of the first KazanSummit – International Islamic Business and Finance Summit.

IBFD Fund was created to encourage the development of bilateral economic and business relationships between Russia and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation member countries.
