Proposed Sukuk Issuance of up to RM 300 Million in nominal value to be issued under a sukuk programme based on Shariah principles of Musyarakah.

3. Gulf International Bank (GIB) Sukuk I Company
Proposed Sukuk Issuance of up to RM 3.2 Billion in nominal value to be issued under a sukuk programme based on Shariah principles of Wakalah.

4. Pengurusan Air SPV Berhad (PASB)
Proposed Sukuk Issuance of up to RM 20,000,000,000 in nominal value to be issued under a sukuk programme based on Shariah principles of Murabahah.
